SanNie Ads Manager · Last updated: August 27, 2026
SanNie Ads Manager ("the Application") is an internal advertising management tool used to automate reporting and campaign management for Amazon advertising accounts operated by our organization. This policy describes how the Application collects, uses, and protects data.
With the explicit authorization of each advertising account owner, the Application accesses advertising data through an authorized third-party seller-analytics platform, including campaign settings, performance metrics, and search term reports. The Application does not connect to the Amazon Advertising API or the Selling Partner API. The Application does not collect personal information of Amazon shoppers or buyers.
Advertising data is used solely for internal purposes: generating performance reports, analyzing advertising efficiency, and managing campaigns (such as bid adjustments and keyword management) for the authorized accounts. Data is not used for any purpose unrelated to advertising management.
We do not sell, rent, or share any of this advertising data with third parties. All data remains within our internal systems and is accessible only to authorized members of our organization.
Data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorized personnel. Authorization credentials (such as platform API keys) are stored securely and are never exposed publicly. We retain advertising data only as long as necessary for reporting and analysis purposes.
Each advertising account is connected individually through the authorized third-party seller-analytics platform, and that connection can be revoked at any time from the platform's settings, after which the Application will no longer be able to access that account's data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page.
